How do you end a war in which the enemy is incapable of negotiation? You kill every last one of them.

In a galaxy in which negotiation is no longer an option and where soldiers and supplies grow thin, one genetically enhanced marine must fight for survival.

She wishes it weren’t true but anyone with eyes can tell that Corporal Kathrin Pahnir was born a Genetic. When a mining colony is attacked by aliens called the Munashi, Kathrin must prove herself or die trying. But sometimes, even the robots that she commands can become enemies. Can Kathrin find a way to use her abilities to gain an advantage or will she become another casualty in a very long list?

About The Author

Jerry Martin is a new author who writes and publishes Sci-Fi novels. He is a retired electromechanical engineer who enjoyed working with robots and reading science and technical journals. He now lives in Elko, Nevada with his wife, youngest son, and a nameless cat (we think his wife named the cat “Cinder”, but no one can be sure). Jerry loves to read and watch movies about aliens from other worlds. He has always been fascinated by the excitement and mystery of the far reaches of space. When he is not doing that, he loves to garden, go camping/fishing, bake pies and bread, and play video games. He also spending time with family.

My grumpy writing companion waiting for the clock to run out. I call her Cat.

I think her name is Cinder?

The Life of an Author

I had so much fun creating pictures for my Prequel. I made so many different awesome pictures. But I could only choose one. So sad!

Getting a look at the first printed version of my book. An awesome feeling!
